We exist because our community has needs, sometimes desperate, and we work to address those needs in a variety of ways. Sometimes we build a garden needed by children and their families. Sometimes we build a playground. Sometimes we renovate space for a local ministry needing to implement a special program within their walls. We work alongside kids to help improve their grades. We read to children inside area schools. We work alongside teens and show them the rewards and value in giving back to their community. And we raise tens of thousands of dollars during our annual BBQ to support many worthy groups in town. In short, you will find Kiwanians everywhere, and the Kiwanis Club of Brainerd is filled with many of them.

For those who have been members of the club for many years, our group has become a true family in every sense of the word. We sing together. Pray together. Eat together. And serve together.
